This home is for a couple and their two young sons. Built from the ground up, they wanted a home that was suited precisely for their needs. The brief was to design a home that feels like a resort. The clients wanted to come home from work everyday, feeling like they are on vacation. The couple likes to entertain. The living area of the home had to reflect that. Guests would be welcomed by a grand capiz chandelier at the foyer and will have a full view of the living area upon entering. They have an inviting and comfortable living area and an 8-seater dining with a view of the pool. The owner wanted his kitchen to be a show kitchen and in full view. Also downstairs is a mini suite. It is a downstairs bedroom overlooking the pool. The family likes to stay there during weekends pretending they are checked in at a resort.

The house has three bedrooms upstairs, each with an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom also has attached his and hers walk-in closets. In addition to these rooms, the second floor also has a study and an open family area.
